- Map Request Form
Standardized production maps in several different sizes and on different media are available by request.
- Custom Map Request Form
Request customized map or data analysis that goes beyond what is available on a production map or data CD.
- Data CD Request Form
Data CDs include vector data (data made up of points, lines, and polygons). Our data CDs available for purchase include the following:
- The Parcel Viewer (CD3) is a self-contained, quarterly-updated program that allows you to view parcels and related information, such as roads, municipal boundaries, and zoning.
- CD6 contains countywide shapefiles of some of our most valued data layers, including parcels, roads, parks, and municipal zoning. The countywide data CD is not designed to work with the Parcel Viewer application, but shapefile data is supported by most GIS software.
- Custom DXF / Shapefile Request Form
You can obtain vector data for specific areas in DXF / shapefile format. Data is available for areas up to the size of one municipality. Shapefiles can be used with most GIS software, and DXF files can be used in most CAD software.
- Historical Data Request Form
This includes data gathered before 2000, including aerials, orthos, vector data, warrant maps, atlases, etc.
- Raster Request Form
This mostly includes data gathered from 2000 to present. Lancaster County GIS has raster data available by municipality. This data includes 1998 digital orthophotography, 1999 and 2000 Color Infrared Imagery at one meter pixel resolution, 2002 Color Infrared Imagery, and 2005 True Color Orthophotos at two foot resolution.
