[ARCHIVED] 4 Ordered to Trial for Supplying Heroin-Fentanyl that Caused Deaths of 3 Lancaster County Men

Four Lancaster County residents were recently ordered to face felony charges in county court over drug sales that led to three fatal overdoses.

Three of the four waived preliminary hearings in recent days, while the fourth person had a preliminary hearing with testimony Friday.

District judges ordered the four individuals to each face felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death in Lancaster County Court, according to Assistant District Attorney Barry Goldman, who is prosecuting the cases.

They are:

- Tyler S. Bobola, 21, charged with providing heroin – which was actually pure fentanyl – to a 22-year-old Elizabethtown man who died on Aug. 31.

- Kevin March, 46, and Jessica Faus, 31, charged with providing multiple bags of heroin on April 8 to a Warwick Township man who died after consuming on the next day.

- Amy L. Blackburn, 40, charged with providing fentanyl-laced heroin to a 30-year-old Ephrata man who died at his Akron Road home on Aug. 15.

All are presumed innocent.
