Convicted of: Criminal Attempt/IDSI (F1), Unlawful Contact with a Minor (F1), Indecent Assault person < 16 (M2), Corruption of Minors (M1), and Indecent Exposure (M1) on docket 323 - 2014

Jury Trial before Judge Ashworth from April 28 – 29th. Jury deliberated about an hour and 20 minutes.

Affiant: Detective Aaron Harnish – Lancaster City Bureau of Police

Brief Synopsis: For docket 323 – 2014, on July 1, 2007, the Defendant locked the victim in his garage with him. He exposed himself to her and had her touch his penis with her hand. He also asked and tried to force her to perform oral sex on him. The victim’s brother’s and a friend located the victim in the garage with the Defendant and could see bits and pieces of what was occurring by looking through a peephole in the garage door. They were able to stop the act and get her out of the garage by banging on the door. The victim was 14 at the time.

For docket 5013 – 2012, In the month of November 2010, the Defendant had the victim at his house for about two weeks were he raped her several times over that time period, impregnating her. DNA proved that he was the father of the child and also the victim’s father, which the Defendant knew at the time of the offense. The victim only had knowledge that he was her Great-Uncle. The victim was 17 at the time
