On 01/10/2014, Defendant James Jones, Jr. pled guilty to 11 home burglaries and 1 attempted home burglary. The home was occupied at the time of the attempt. These burglaries occurred over a span of 5 months and throughout 6 different police jurisdictions. Mr. Jones was previously convicted of burglaries in the '90s.
Honorable Judge Madenspacher sentenced Mr. Jones to 20-40 years for these burglaries. Assistant District Attorney Todd Brown prosecuted the case.
