[ARCHIVED] Commonwealth vs. Master Greene

Master Greene, 4487 of 2012, convicted on 10/18/2013 in Judge Ashworth’s courtroom, by jury, on all counts:

1. Rape of a Child (F1)

2. Indecent Assault of a Person Under 13 (F3)

3. Corruption of Minors (F3)

4. Unlawful Contact With Minor (F1)

5. Endangering Welfare of Child (F3)

Judge ordered PSI. Defendant will be evaluated for SVP status; Judge ordered that the Commonwealth prepare SOAB Assessment Order (which we did, and delivered to Chambers). Defendant will be lifetime registrant under Megan’s Law. Defendant faces 10-20 year mandatory on Count 1. Bail $1 million cash.

Witnesses included Forensic Interviewer Mary Halye and CRNP Julie Stover. Juvenile female victim, who was 4 years old at time of crimes, was permitted to testify through live closed-circuit television to the jury.
