Defendant Bryan Curry was convicted of Robbery and Theft in a jury trial Oct 1 in front of Judge James Cullen. On March 19, 2012, Curry entered the Turkey Hill in Gap, PA and demanded money: “Give me all the money and you won’t get hurt”. Defendant obtained $120 from the robbery. Suspect wore a hooded coat and a mask disguising his appearance. The money was used to buy bath salts. ADA John Ditzler prosecuted the case and Trooper Dustin Shireman of the PA State Police filed the charges. Jury deliberating approximately one hour. Following his conviction, his bail was increased to 75,000 and he was incarcerated at LCP. Sentencing will be scheduled.
