A Lancaster County cleaning-service worker will spend up to five years in prison for a series of thefts and burglaries.
Paul H. Anderson recently admitted in Lancaster County Court to numerous thefts from homes and businesses he cleaned while employed by a local company.
Anderson, 38, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of burglary and numerous counts of theft.
Lancaster County President Judge Dennis Reinaker jailed Anderson for 1.5 to 5 years, to be followed by three years of probation.
Anderson also must pay about $10,000 in restitution to the victims, according to Assistant District Attorney Amber Czerniakowski who prosecuted the case with Assistant District Attorney Todd Kriner.
Police from four jurisdictions – Manor, Manheim and East Hempfield townships, and Millersville Borough – filed charges.
