Our office is aware of the impact of isolation presented by the COVID-19 emergency.
That impact can be particularly difficult for people who are victims of crime.
We have a team of advocates available to support victims – and that continues during the COVID-19 circumstances. Our office is operating at full staff, even if in-office personnel is limited.
We encourage victims in need of information, or someone to speak with, to contact us. If you are already working with an advocate, you may contact them directly.
You can also reach our team of advocates:
Via phone at 717-299-8048, or
Via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
For the time being, there is at least one advocate in office during regular business hours. All other advocates are available remotely.
Please reach out to an advocate if you are in need.
For those with scheduled court hearings, our staff will be in contact.
Advocates are accompanying victims to hearings which are still taking place.
As always, our advocates can help individuals apply for victims compensation assistance for out of pocket expenses.
The team is also able to provide referrals to numerous other services, as needed.
We wish you all safety and peace during these unprecedented circumstances.
