A Lititz man is charged with felony drug-dealing after a recent raid uncovered fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana.
Miguel Vializ was attempting to flush the fentanyl and cocaine down a toilet as the Lancaster County Drug Task Force made entry into his West Lemon Street apartment on Jan. 25.
Most of the drugs were recovered.
Vializ, 27, is at Lancaster County Prison on $500,000 bail, charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors, including tampering with evidence.
Detectives found in the apartment in the first block of West Lemon Street:
- 470 bags of fentanyl
- 8 grams of cocaine
- Nearly 3 ounces of marijuana
- $866 cash
- Packaging materials
The drugs had an estimated street value over $5,000.
Upon hearing detectives announce the search warrant, Vializ ran to the bathroom to start flushing the drugs.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 15.
Vializ is presumed innocent.
