A Lancaster man will serve up to 15 years in prison for having 225 bags of heroin while possessing a handgun illegally.
Miguel A. Saldana, 26, recently pleaded guilty in Lancaster County Court to felony drug-dealing, illegal possession of a firearm, and related misdemeanors.
In exchange for the plea, Saldana will serve 7 to 15 years in prison, in accordance with a plea agreement arranged by Assistant District Attorney Barry Goldman.
County Judge Jeffery Wright accepted the plea terms and ordered sentence.
The Lancaster County Drug Task Force raided Saldana’s Poplar Street home on July 19, 2017, and found:
- 225 bags of heroin;
