The mission for the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is to provide individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and their families the services and supports they need and the opportunity to make real choices about living, working and options for social activities to enable them to live in and participate fully in the life of their communities.

The South Central Pennsylvania Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU)

The South Central PA HCQU works to support and improve the developmental disability community service systems by building capacity and competency to meet the physical and behavioral health care needs of persons who have developmental disabilities.
The Advocacy Alliance facilitates the South Central PA Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU), the responsible entity to the County Mental Health/Intellectual Disability Programs for monitoring the overall health status of persons who have developmental disabilities receiving services.
